Mooresville Spinners Volunteers -2019

Requirements – Seeking volunteers for varies support opportunities with the spinners. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions including hot and humid conditions.  All volunteers must work as part of Spinners team.  All Volunteers receive 2 season passes and will be permitted to travel with team for away games.


Official Statistician

Duties to include but not limited to: Recording game “official book” utilizing GameChanger Web application.  Must have ipad, computer or iphone interface.  Also maintain book in dugout with team and assist in situational input.  Requires extensive baseball knowledge.  The right person will become part of the organization and travel with the team. Must be able to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to game and stay till game completion.  Prepare game summary for GM and assist with spinner website updates.


Front Gate Manager

Duties to include opening gates 2 hours prior to game time and managing ticket sales and gate flow until 5th inning.  Must verify age and apply wrist bands for drinking eligible fans.   Also manage raffle ticket sales and program sales or game day giveaways.


Grounds Manager

Duties to include but not limited to: Trash pickup prior and after game, trash collection after and resetting of cans, maintaining water in dugouts, monitoring seating and fan areas to maintain safe and pleasant environment.


Field Assistant

Duties to include but not limited to: Getting to field as need to assist GM with field prep prior to and after weather events, before and after games.  Focus on playing surface and dugouts.
